Budget and Salary Compensation Transparency Reporting

Section 18 (2) of Public Act 94 of 1979, The State School Aid Act, has been amended, which requires each school district and intermediate school district to post certain information on its website within 30 days after a board adopts its annual operating budget or any subsequent revision to that budget. The Annual Budget and Transparency Reporting is an opportunity to communicate to our community how we utilize the resources that are provided to us.

We are required to post the following information on our website.

Section 3: Current Operating Expenditures
Section 4: Educational Expenditures
Section 5: Employer Sponsored Health Care Plans
Section 6: Audited Financial Statements
Section 7: Medical Benefit Plan Bids

RWA has no bids

Section 9: Expense Reimbursement Policy
Section 10: Statement of Reimbursed Expenses
Section 11: Employee Compensation Information
Section 12: District Paid Association Dues

The district does not pay any dues to the association

Section 13: District Paid Lobbying Costs

The district pays no lobbying costs

Section 14: Approved Deficit Elimination Plan

The district has not incurred a deficit 

Section 15: District Credit Card Information

The district does not have district credit cards

Section 16: District Paid Out-of-State Travel Information
